The fourteenth edition of the FAST FORWARD Human Rights Film Festival Montenegro 2023, organized by the Centre for Civic Education (CCE), was held from 10 to 14 December in Podgorica, Kotor and Berane. With the motto THROUGH THE FOG, this year’s edition brought 13 film premieres to the Montenegrin audience, including the first CCE’s co-production project Mamula All Inclusive.
Today, the 14th FAST FORWARD Human Rights Film Festival Montenegro in Podgorica and Berane closes, and on the last festival day, the audience will have the opportunity to watch five award-winning films from this year’s programme.
The FAST FORWARD Festival marks the fourth day with the opening of the Berane edition, the closing of the Kotor edition, and the screening of three new films in Podgorica.
The third day of the FAST FORWARD Human Rights Film Festival Montenegro 2023 brings three new premieres in Podgorica, while simultaneously starting the Kotor edition with the film “Mamula All Inclusive”.

The main programme of the FAST FORWARD 2023 Festival is from December 10 to 14 at the Cultural Information Centre “Budo Tomović” in Podgorica, and the accompanying editions at the “Boka” Cinema in Kotor from December 12 to 13 and at the Cultural Centre Berane from December 13 to December 14, 2023.

As part of this year’s, FAST FORWARD Human Rights Film Festival Montenegro, accompanying panel discussions were held in Kotor and Podgorica, after the screening of the film “NO PARDON “, by Aleksandar Reljić, which emphasized the importance of professional media reporting, the role of the media in sensitizing the public on certain topics in society, but also the consequences of unprofessional reporting.
